I am really late to this, however; one of the cases I use is the GeeekPi Raspberry Pi4 Metal Case with Fan. With some minor work and a little bit of electrical tape (just in case, I did not want any shorts) I was also able to add a RTC to it. (Edit: I do not work for them, I just use this case and like it.)
