Hi
We have a screen that keeps reverting resolution to 640x480. is there a remote way to force it to 1920x1080?

Thanks, is there anyway to remotely update this? as the device is not local to me

Not with the current stable release of the OS. The testing version has a UI for that. You could switch on the device page.
