I would like to be able to move a display to a sub-account. 
The only option I have (when the display is ofline) is “Delete”.
It’s not possible to move devices between account from the UI. Reason is that the setup installed on a device is bound to an account and moving would create an inconsistency. Of course that’s “fixable”, but the “move between account” use case happens so rarely that it’s done manually by contacting support at the moment.
